Refund and Return Policy

At Hestia Babies, we take pride in creating high-quality, personalized items for your little ones. Because our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, please note our policy:

• Customized/Personalized Items: Products that feature custom names, specific printed messages, or items made to order (such as custom crochet sets) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or if there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong name printed), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package with a photo of the item. We will gladly arrange for a replacement.

• Cancellations: Since we begin working on your custom orders almost immediately, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order.
